Flats and residents
Floor-by-floor view; link owners and tenants to a flat and open their accounts with an email invitation.
Monthly dues
Charge every flat in one go; set the due day in the building settings.
Shared expenses
Split an expense equally across selected flats or the whole building.
Payments and receipt approval
Record cash, transfer and card-terminal payments against the items they cover; approve a resident’s uploaded receipt in one click and the charge closes.
A ledger that isn’t erased
Nothing is deleted; corrections are reversing entries, and the history is the same for everyone.
Buildings and permissions
Several buildings; each manager sees only the ones assigned to them.

Maintenance schedule
Recurring jobs and contractors; mark one done and the next date is calculated automatically.
Stock
Supplies in and out; items below the critical level are listed first.
Vehicle register
Plates registered to each flat; search a plate to find its flat.

For residents

Balance and history
Amount due, due dates and past payments, always in their pocket.
Pay by selection
Pick the charges to pay and settle them together: by card, or by transfer to the IBAN with the receipt uploaded.
My vehicles
Add the vehicles registered to their flat themselves.
